Bar Arrangements
Included in the package is a bar service including sodas,
juices, bartenders etc. However, we do NOT provide the liquor. You
may bring your own liquor or have us assist you in purchasing it
from a retail liquor store. We do provide
Host Liquor Liability Insurance of over one million
dollars.
Payment and Pricing Policy(s)
A deposit of $1500.00 is required to secure your date. Only
refundable if we rebook the date. There is a facility rental fee of
$300.00 which will be deducted from your deposit. Friday evening,
Saturday Afternoon & Sunday events are discounted.
Payment - 50% of the total is due two weeks prior to the function.
The balance is due 48 hours PRIOR to the function and must be in the form of a cashier’s check or cash. There are no exceptions.
